Account deletion & privacy

Request deletion of your Zavolti customer or vendor account and associated personal data. Reauthentication protects your account from unwanted deletion.

After submission, Zavolti reviews the request. Accounts with order, payment or dispute history require a documented retention review; this request does not erase those records immediately. You can cancel an open request in the app. Backup retention and any legally retained records must be addressed as part of completion.
